BIOGRAPHY: BETTY HULT

Betty has worked in healthcare since 1979, when she trained in Tactile Stimulation.  She continued her studies, qualifying in Reflexology in 2005 and earning a Bachelor of Science Degree in Nursing in 2008.   She is also trained in lymphatic drainage, massage therapy, NADA ear acupuncture and stress and trauma reset.

This training gave her the understanding of the positive effects of touch, which enhances the quality of life. Her best memory is when a person with an injured hand regained mobility and was able to use his hand to eat by himself and thus regained a large part of his life. The happiness was enormous!

Betty has  worked in various workplace environments that focus on rehabilitation, and with the help of NADA ear acupuncture has been able to help people who wish to reduce various addictions and those dealing with stress.

MAKING REFLEXOLOGY MAINSTREAM WITH PALLIATIVE CARE

When working with a client, communication is key – both spoken and unspoken. Listening with presence and observing body language are essential parts of a successful session.

In our everyday lives, we support both our friends and ourselves. Integrated Reflexology is a powerful tool that can enhance the quality of daily life and well-being.

Every individual is unique, and each treatment is an opportunity to learn and grow. By deepening our knowledge and expanding our techniques, we can offer more personalized and effective care.

In the workshop, you will gain practical tools to support a healthy lifestyle through Reflexology.

We will focus on hand, foot and face reflexology, touching on ear reflexology, and explore how it can help with issues related to the knees, arms, and other areas of the body.
