With members around the globe, ICR is committed to providing a platform for reflexologists from around the world to come together to share their passion and knowledge about reflexology with each other. Over the last 28 years, ICR has brought reflexologists together, not only to learn new and exciting information but to spread the word about reflexology together as an organization.

The International Council of Reflexologists is an international non-profit organization founded in 1990 with members from around the world representing over 58 countries.

HISTORY OF THE INTERNATIONAL COUNCIL OF REFLEXOLOGISTS

The International Council of Reflexologists was founded in 1990 in Toronto. Β The initial founders who dedicated endless time and energy to the formation of the organization were Larry Clemmons, Christine Issel, Kevin Kunz, Don Bisson, Ruby Bisson and countless others who volunteered their time, effort and expertise to create the first International Council of Reflexologists.

The initial Officers and Board voted into office were:

Christine Issel (USA) – President
Brain Savory (USA) Vice President
Ruby Bisson (Canada) – Secretary
Barbara Mosier (USA) – Treasurer
Rena Stravelaki (Greece) – Director
Yvette Eastman (Canada) – Director
Lorraina Ward (USA) – Director
Don Bisson (Canada) – Director.

Today, ICR is the longest-serving International Organization and is represented in more than 58 countries worldwide.
