Presentation

Ocular reflexology, the result of experience and research, reflects my journey on the issue of vision health. A definition would be: “A reflexology that has its place in
natural, holistic and non-invasive treatments for the improvement of natural vision”.

I will first present my journey, from my studies in reflexology in 1999 until the publication of my book “ABC of ocular reflexology” in 2008, which I consider to be the founding act of this approach.

Secondly, I will describe what eye reflexology consists of. More precisely how the three stages that compose it combine to converge towards an improvement of vision
: massage of the neck and head, stimulation of the reflex zone on the upper brow bone, and finally plantar reflexology to anchor the whole thing.

It is particularly indicated in particular for cases of fatigue, dryness and ocular tension, as an accompaniment to the treatment of glaucoma, in the postoperative period of the eye, or even and in addition to psychotherapy
because the psychic dimension of our sight is essential. to consider.

In conclusion, taking care of your eyes is above all loving them, considering them, respecting them, pampering them. Taking care of your vision is the path of a lifetime.
