A second generation Complementary Practitioner Homoeopath, Abbigail graduated with credit in Reflex Zone Therapy, Reflexology, Anatomy/Physiology in 1994. Further study qualifications include BSc Degree Interprofessional Health & Social Studies. Cert TCM/ Acupuncture in Beijing China. BER Medicine/Complex Homoeopathy ( Dr Kenyon, Prof Lewith, Dr Schimmel) Counselling, Iridology, Herbalism, Swedish Massage, Advanced Nutrition, Indian Head Massage, Allergy Testing, Thermo Auricular Therapy, Mindfulness, Nerve Reflexology ( Nico Pauly ) VRT (Lynne Booth ) and ART ( Tony Porter ) Experienced Lecturer/ Assessor, Abbigail has designed and delivered accredited courses within the Adult/ Further Education arena. She has presented Health & Wellbeing talks/demonstrations to community groups, support groups at the local Hospital and as a Hospice Volunteer. She has written over 500 articles for local/professional publications and a regular online magazine column. Her "Holistic Health Tips" book is self-published.

As a Director and Ambassador of ICR Abbigail has attended Reflexology Conferences in Portugal, South Africa and Australia supporting her belief that sharing of knowledge globally is fundamental to the development of Reflexology and ICR. Acknowledging the role of research in the development of integrated healthcare delivery of the future. In 2014, with funding in place and medical staff support she launched the "Fortuneswell Clinical Reflexology Project" to introduce NHS Hospital patients in a Cancer Ward/Chemotherapy Unit to modified Clinical Reflexology. Feedback from over 300 treatments delivered has proved positive. Securing funding to expand and extend the project has created much interest for future Clinical Reflexology research. Abbigail is preparing an audit for publication. In 2015 she was presented with an ICNM Award.
